Two recent incidents: I was on a table game when a sicko mid-manager (initials RB) pulls me off the table-calls me a thief for stealing-get this-$25! on a table from 4 months ago!!!!! He threatens to throw me out and calls me a thief in front of 5 other players!!!! I called the supervisor (initials BF) who admitted to me that the $25 chip accidently slipped and ended up in my pot and when I recounted RB's behaviour, he said 'HR will take care of it, and I'll get back to you right away' Well, two weeks later, no response. They don't care-they own the north Texas market, and actually support lobbyists who block Texas gambling (in the name of the Lord) so they can keep their sick market share. If you could grade their customer service 1-10, they'd get a 0.00001. Winstar is without question the worst-managed casino I have ever experienced. I am a regular casino-goer have been to AC, all OK casinos, New Mexico, CT, NY area, etc etc. Thank you WinStar for being a place where we can go to unwind and have tons of fun!!!! It's the people that set this place apart from other resorts. I could go on and on and on about the people at WinStar. This young lady is also amazing! It was such a pleasure working with her. I don't know how she does it but she manages to keep a smile on her face while running so many parts of the casino.
